Refund policy

Strictly No Refunds or Exchanges.

Once a product has left the care of Fi & Me Skin, if unopened, we are able to offer an exchange for another product or a credit voucher. We are unable to offer a refund in any circumstances. If opened, we are unable to offer any exchange or refund - this applies to both online and in-clinic purchases.

Exceptions 
Refunds or replacements will only be issued where a product is faulty, damaged, or an error has been made by the Fi & Me team.
